BICOF 부천국제만화축제

At the event held for four days from September 30 to October 3, people who love comics from 14 countries around the world participated in

the 25th Bucheon International Comics Festival and the 6th Gyeonggi International Cosplay Festival under the theme “Another Universe.”

The numbers from the two jointly held festivals were as follows: The festivals were participated by comic lovers from 14 countries worldwide
with over 110,000 visitors
over 1,300 comic cartoon artists and industry professionals
over 16,000 span from Korea and abroad

Celebrating its 25th year, BICOF is also the largest comics festival representing South Korea’s comics industry.
Over the years, the festival has evolved to include comics festivals displaying outstanding works by the BICOF prize winners, events to meet with artists on and offline, webtoon events, live concerts, and opportunities to discover creative goods created by comic / cartoon artists in addition to the comics / webtoon market and the International Cosplay Championship participated by cosplayers from 15 countries around the world.
